I would add that we, in Florida, routinely add the web chat address to our meeting notifications, and also make "special" web chats available for OpenWeek, in order to help bring those users into participating. http://www.ubuntu-fl.org/team-chat/ Dan --- Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Open Standards!
