      * Team Leader = someone who can inspire the members of a team to
        do something useful
      * Team Contact = someone who knows English well enough to
        communicate with other Ubuntu teams & Canonical

If both "job descriptions" fit you and you have the time, there is no
reason why you couldn't combine them IMHO.
