hello, i've been wondering for quite some time who manages to bots and channel operators on our loco channels, and how to configure them and all of that. I failed to find a guide on the wiki, am I missing something?
For example, I'd like to set up a topic for the channel, but it just resets to some default subject each time. How do I do that? or... can I configure people (such as myself) to always be promoted as a channel operator when i join? etc Thanks! Amir Eldor, Ubuntu Israel
