Of course, isn't that what we all want? Every single person that switches to Free Software is a steep forward, without having much importance to what exactly (s)he switches. The point is just that if you are on a Ubuntu LoCo it's because you personally thing that Ubuntu is a good way to let people know Free Software, as Martin explained.
