The swedish loco team is just now bouncing back after a few turbulent months with organizational changes and some internal disagreements. Which explains some of the erroneous information on the loco wiki pages. Things are starting to get back on a smoother track now including - among other things - a migration to Drupal as CMS. I have removed the content in the page that was pointed out. As for the issue on the URL http://ubuntu-se.org redirecting to http://ubuntu-se.org/drupal/ I am happy to discuss it with the person filing the bug.
