It's now 3 weeks since I sent my firas email message asking for Syrian
LocoTeam creation.
If people responsible are that busy then I suggest adding a new way of
contributing to Ubunu community by asking for mail-support volunteers as the
gnu site do.

It's not unusual to have to wait several days for a response to email.
Jono may be travelling - I would suggest that you have patience.

Building teams in open source communities takes a significant amount of
patience and perseverance. The people dealing with your requests are
incredibly busy. You did the right thing to mail this list, but
complaining will not help - keep positive.

The Ubuntu ideology you refer to is not relevant to this issue.
