Hi jocelyn, we're from kubuntu-de.net are having a similar problem, we requested the mailing list for kubuntu-de but the response was rather negative. That's why I'll attend the community council meeting tomorrow (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CommunityCouncilAgenda).
