There are 2 things that we should be doing to drop 4.0. 1) Are there less tests in llvm-test that are failing for 4.0 versus 4.2? 2) We have to communicate to people who are using svn for LLVM and llvm-gcc that we are moving to supporting only llvm-gcc-4.2 and when that cutoff date is.
