Changes in directory llvm/tools/llvm2cpp:
Makefile updated: 1.3 -> 1.4 --- Log message: Use archive libraries instead of object files for VMCore, BCReader, BCWriter, and bzip2 libraries. Adjust the various makefiles to accommodate these changes.
