Changes in directory llvm/lib/VMCore:
Makefile updated: 1.15 -> 1.16 --- Log message: Use archive libraries instead of object files for VMCore, BCReader, BCWriter, and bzip2 libraries. Adjust the various makefiles to accommodate these changes.
