MRegisterInfo.h updated: 1.67 -> 1.68 TargetInstrInfo.h updated: 1.82 -> 1.83 --- Log message: Move isLoadFrom/StoreToStackSlot from MRegisterInfo to TargetInstrInfo, a far more logical place.
