### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I mainly want to be able to merge my approved PRs to reduce the burden on reviewers. Most of the times when I have approved PRs I need to ping the reviewer(s) again to also help merging (on a separate note, it would also help if the bot made reviewers aware when contributors don't have commit access).
