Hello! I intermittently file issues to LLVM ([see list](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20author%3Apurplesyringa)), mostly related to missed optimizations. I'd like to get permissions to assign labels myself to reduce the workload on triagers (https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/171884#issuecomment-3643389171). I can't promise to triage other issues, but I'll help if necessary.
