### Why Are you requesting commit access?
I'm working at Intel for SYCL compiler project, including Offloading, https://github.com/KhronosGroup/SPIRV-LLVM-Translator and SPIR-V Backend part of LLVM. I need commit access for work on SYCL support in LLVM.
