### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I am working on the Triton compiler for the AMD backend (see [the reference](https://github.com/triton-lang/triton/tree/main/third_party/amd)). Triton is a tiled-based programming language for the AI-like workloads based on MLIR. I am currently contributing to the ROCDL MLIR dialect and I intend to do it regularly.
