[clang-tidy][question] Where is run-clang-tidy.py installed on Windows?

After installing 20.1.8 on Windows 11, I see multiple Python scripts in `C:\Program Files\LLVM\share\clang`, e.g. `clang-tidy-diff.py`.
However, `run-clang-tidy.py` is not there, and I can't find it anywhere else either.
Is this expected, or am I missing something?
