### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I'm a GSoC contributor working on adding BFloat16 support in LLVM-libc. My work involves addition of math functions and might often include additions and changes to the FPUtil API. Since there are many math functions, I want to be able to implement and get my patches merged efficiently.
