Not sure if this is the right place to address this, but it looks like something strange is up with the LLVM-12 Debian 11 i386 apt repo. It's just the i386 repo - issue does not exist with x86_64 repo. Issue seems to have cropped up about 3 weeks ago - had no issues previously.
I understand LLVM 12 (and Debian 11) is quite old, but if the repo is still being served, I wouldn't expect it to randomly break for that package particularly since this was working fine for me a month ago and I wouldn't have expected these to really have been touched or updated anymore.
