### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I am requesting write access to merge my pull request (https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/124026). In the long term, I will actively work on a project based on MLIR and aim to contribute my work back to the community as much as possible. Having commit access will speed the process of integrating my contributions.
