### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
Recently I've started to work for NVIDIA on internal fork of LLVM compiler, in general on LLVM IR and NVPTX backend improvements. I plan to be more involved in the original LLVM development. We have strict policy of new patch merging only after approvals from couple of reviewers. But I have some inconveniences related to merging after approval due to time zone differences with my colleagues and LLVM reviewers. To accelerate this process I need an commit access.
