maybe you have a regression? emcc says to be using clang version 20.0.0git, but I'm using clang 19.1.6 and no such problem exists.
```
$ clang -v
clang version 19.1.6
Target: x86_64-w64-windows-gnu
Thread model: posix
InstalledDir: C:/msys64/clang64/bin
```
