### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I work for Rockstar Games and am responsible for our compiler toolchain. Our main development platform is Windows and are committed to improving its support via bug fixes and feature extensions. As a result, I'm requesting GitHub organization access to facilitate upstream contributions.
Additionally, given our focus being part of the following makes sense:
