Question: Add target specific include/library directories by default.

How would I go about either modifying or instructing clang to add directories to its default include/library search paths that are suffixed with the target triple (default or --target=).
I found a potential solution inside Driver/Toolchains but is there a generic simple solution to accomplish this, atleast for linux/bsd.
