### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I work for Intel on GPU offloading and am currently working on SPIR-V-based OpenMP offload as well as on SYCL in general. I am also a developer for Gentoo Linux in my private time, but all of my changes have been as part of my work with Intel so far.
