It looks like the https://apt.llvm.org/ infrastructure is not working on
producing packages for the latest Ubuntu version.
Just compare the content of:
- https://apt.llvm.org/hirsute/pool/main/l/llvm-toolchain-snapshot/
- https://apt.llvm.org/impish/pool/main/l/llvm-toolchain-snapshot/
For impish there are only stuff from "25-Oct-2021 13:11".
