As described in detail in D107556, the unconditional use of the GNU extension
NT_GNU_BUILD_ID in compiler-rt/lib/profile/InstrProfilingPlatformLinux.c breaks
the Solaris build.
Fixed for main already by D107556, but the release/13.x branch is also
affected.
