While looking at code for other reasons, I noticed that there is a
DW_EH_PE_indirect which gets set in a variety of places, and yet
DWARFDataExtractor::getEncodedPointer doesn't seem to look for it.
I'm guessing it should. I can't look deeper anytime soon so filing
this to keep track for the future.
