fcfd3fda71905d7c48f75a531c2265ad3b9876ea fixes the invalid generation of trap
instructions whenever the builtin `__translate_sampler_initializer` is called
due to a calling convention mismatch. This bug caused a runtime crash in any
code that used OpenCL samplers.
