I think I saw it once on Linux, but recently I only see it on the arm mac bot
(arm has a less serialized memory model), here:

Scrolling through the logs, that's all I see right now.
The mac arm bot has been around since December last year but the flakes have
only appeared in the last few days. So maybe it's some kind of regression.
