I have to report that it's partially working.
It seems that __clang_cuda_complex_builtins.h is not updated with the rest of
stuff in D78155. I.e. _OPENMP is not replaced by __OPENMP_NVPTX__ in that file.
To validate, when I hardcodedly change it, then everything works...
May I mark this as reopened?
