Apologies for requesting this so late in the release cycle, but would it be
possible to cherry-pick cabd60c26b5df34f096cccca5a915bde3b1d8ee1 onto the LLVM
11 release branch?
It's a small fix for the mangling of bfloat16 NEON vectors that is important
for
ABI compatibility. I think it's low risk in terms of breakage and it applies
cleanly to the release branch (this has verified by cherry-picking it on the
release branch and running make check all).
