Well, if we installed packages from https://apt.llvm.org/
Geneally, if llvm-12 provide llvm-foo-12 command, then llvm package will
provide llvm-foo command via a soft link to the former one.
However, the following commands don't have corresponding llvm-foo version-less
command, is this a bug?
llvm-reduce-10
llvm-jitlink-10
llvm-lipo-10
llvm-cxxmap-10
llvm-ifs-10
llvm-elfabi-10
llvm-addr2line-10
llvm-install-name-tool-10
