Fix typos in PPCInstr64Bit.td
Due to typos in the instruction aliases added to the 64 bit table in
74abe500719e92f8ad6678857b801d2fa69f1ae7, llvm 11 and trunk generate a
nonbootable FreeBSD-current kernel.
This will need merged into 11.0 as well.
