PVS Studio emits a lot (~60 % of all "err") of warnings like:
AMDGPUGenDisassemblerTables.inc 32700 err V501 There are identical
sub-expressions 'Bits[AMDGPU::FeatureGFX10Insts]' to the left and to the right
of the '&&' operator.
AMDGPUGenDisassemblerTables.inc 32913 err V547 Expression is always
false.
