I added the linker warning in deaf121. -debug:dwarf also suppresses it now.
Chromium may need to suppress the warning in the next clang roll, given that
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/v8/issues/detail?id=9910 still affects debug
builds, and I assume chromium passes /WX to the linker.
