It is present in llvm-objcopy but not llvm-strip. The original motivation
behind --strip-sections was taken from eu-strip. See
https://reviews.llvm.org/D38335. It seems silly to have this switch in
llvm-objcopy but not in llvm-strip, especially given the original motivation.
We should add it.
