I haven't found fresh documentation about cross-compilation on compiler-rt for
platforms, other than the host one.
For example, for me it was real challenge, to cross-compile
libclang_rt.builtins-aarch64.a on from x86 host platform.
Please fix me and close this issue if I'm wrong.
