We're not issuing patch releases for Clang 7 either. And again, this isn't the
kind of thing we'd address in a patch release. To be worth backporting, a
change would need to fix a crash or conformance regression or similar serious
issue. A change to expand the scope of a warning to cover more cases does not
qualify.
Yes, we can consider this FIXED instead of WONTFIX if you prefer. =)
