Recently I had a one-file patch in Clang, which was up in Phab:

When I created the review, I added Clang, and Phab auto-subscribed
cfe-commits, which is all fine.

My commit log had 'Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D62202'
just like it's supposed to.  But when I did 'git llvm push',
Phabricator did this:

This revision was automatically updated to reflect the committed changes.

There's no cause to add project LLVM or subscriber llvm-commits here.
