I frequently make per-line comments in Phabricator, and then don't make the
overall comment or hit the submit button. Later someone will ping a patch I
thought I reviewed already, and find I have unsubmitted comments on it. It
would be helpful if this did something to remind me. At a minimum the overall
status page should tell me I have unsubmitted comments to some reviews. After
24 hours, it might want to email me about it or auto-submit or something.
