This is part of the decimal floating point extensions to C, not part of C99 or
any C or C++ standard. Clang does not implement the decimal floating point
extensions to C.
Closing this, because a bug here is not going to cause us to implement this set
of language extensions. If someone motivated wants to implement it, that should
be discussed on our mailing lists.
