To help newbies (in the llvm 7.0 release), it'd be very useful if
http://llvm.org/docs/CommandGuide/llvm-mca.html included explanations of how to
interpret llvm-mca's output reports - in particular the summary (and how to use
Total Cycles/IPC/Block RThroughput entries) as well as how the other sections
should be used.
