            Bug ID: 35548
Summary: [X86] Warn if a scheduling instregex doesn't alter the
                    default schedule
           Product: libraries
           Version: trunk
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P
         Component: Backend: X86
          Assignee: unassignedb...@nondot.org
          Reporter: llvm-...@redking.me.uk
                CC: andrea.dibia...@gmail.com,
                    andrew.v.tische...@gmail.com, gadi.ha...@intel.com,
                    llvm-bugs@lists.llvm.org, spatel+l...@rotateright.com
            Blocks: 32325

Scheduler model instregex entries only need to be added if they alter the
behaviour of an instruction's default scheduling class/itinerary.

If the instregex is effectively useless, then tablegen should at least emit a
debug warning reporting that.
