Evgeniy landed the fix in r302203.
It's generally uninteresting to build compiler-rt with LTO, so no, I don't
think we want to continuously test this. In fact, I thought Bob disabled LTO in
compiler-rt? If we want better LTO+sanitizer testing, we should set up a
buildbot that does just that.
