For both __attribute__((deprecated)) and __attribute__((availability)),
the issue now seems resolved on newer versions of clang
When re-tested on the following versions, the missing warnings show up:
clang version 3.8.0 (tags/RELEASE_380/final)
Target: x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
Thread model: posix
InstalledDir: /usr/bin
Apple LLVM version 8.0.0 (clang-800.0.42.1)
