It seems the encoding for parameter attributes changed in LLVM 3.3.
The format described here (with a bitmap):
http://llvm.org/docs/BitCodeFormat.html#paramattr-code-entry-record
is the format produced by LLVM 3.2 -- what now corresponds to
PARAMATTR_CODE_ENTRY_OLD in the BitcodeReader code.
