Compare the size of lib/clang/*/lib/windows of
http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-clang/Win/clang-274369-1.tgz
and
http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-clang/Win/clang-277962-1.tgz
The latter is much larger. I doubt that's intentional.
