When building a custom RecursiveASTVisitor I receive an error using Visual
Studio 2015 due to a naming conflict caused by Attr.td's definition of
IBOutletCollection.

This had already been fixed in 2011 for a short period of time, but commit
18aa2ff4641847d7f8866e8c5912d4d0ddb858ce reverted this again. Maybe someone
with commit rights could change this to a name that solves the issue and
prevents other people from renaming again?
