isl recently gained some new scheduler options, which seem to be worth
exploring.
On LNT we see for example currently an execution time regression for trmm.c in
Polybench due to isl choosing a bad schedule. These new scheduling options
might fix this.
We should experiment with these new options and reevaluate which ones we set by
default.
