Shell script to start clang with proper args
Chromium buildbots which compile against Clang ToT are broken by r258705, see
for example:
https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.fyi/builders/ClangToTLinux/builds/3964/steps/compile/logs/stdio
Bisection points to r258705. The reproducers are attached (a preprocessed .cpp
file + a shell script). Note: you will need to change the path to Clang in the
script.
